CUSTOM ORDERS: All sales are final on custom orders. Kim's Kreations Online cannot accept returns or exchanges of any item that is “custom made,” unless an error has been made on our part. If for some reason you need to cancel your custom order, you may do so within 1 business day of your order date. All forms of payment will be charged on the same day the custom order was placed.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: The only returns that will be accepted is product that was damaged during shipping. Please notify Kim's Kreations within 3 days of receiving the product if damges occured. Kim's Kreations will then replace only the damaged product. The new product will be shipped within five business days.

PLACING ORDERS: Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Kim's Kreations Online website.
FORMS OF PAYMENTS: Presently, Kim's Kreations Online accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
SALES TAX: Because Kim's Kreations Online operates in Florida, we are required to collect Florida sales tax on orders shipped to a Florida address. Those who live outside Florida will not be charged sales tax, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and shipped at UPS shippping rates. UPS and Handling charges are shown in your order form.
